PMI - ACP® Certification Preparation Program

It includes the followings in order to increase PMI-ACP®exam success:        

 

 

Understanding the content, reviewing the important subjects, understanding the encountered question types in the exam. Also, solving and evaluating of some sample exam questions as well as solving questions of an test exam.

• The people who want to document their competencies with a prestigious and  internationally recognized certificate.

• Training documents are in English. The reasons for this, the exam is held in English only and the attendees should get used to the terminology.

Agile concept, manifesto, principal, Agile cycle and Agile methodology subjects and solving, assessing some sample exam questions about these subjects.

 

3. Value-Driven Delivery

Related subjects about delivery, planning, assessing value, quality and risk analysis. Solving and evaluating of some sample exam questions about these items.

 

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Related subjects about communication with stakeholders, management characteristics, and effective leadership. Solving and evaluating of some sample exam questions about

these items.

 

5. Boosting Team Performance Practices

Related subjects about Agile team characteristics, tools and technics to increase the team performance. Solving and evaluating of some sample exam questions about these items.

 

6. Adaptive Planning

Related subjects about Agile estimates, timeboxing, release/iteration planning. Solving and evaluating of some sample exam questions about these items.

 

7. Problem Detection And Resolution

Related subjects about problem finding and solving tool and technics  at Agile projects, test-driven development and metric analysis. Solving and evaluating of some sample exam questions about these items.

At the end of the training, a certificate is given. This certificate corresponds 21 hours for the ACP® Exam.
